Here is some data I just found on anther website, hope this helps: I use it with my mum in Belgium, and we don´t have problems. As using video uses some bandwidth, so it could be limited. If it is not, try to have another accesspoint. Maybe there is a kind of firewll on the router blocking the incoming calls? I mean that you can access the router and stuff like that. I suppose both of the Wifi´s are home based.
